Often when we are feeling stress in our lives, we have a tendency to attempt to avoid our negative emotions. Instead of feeling them and owning them, we want to blame our circumstances or the other people in our lives for our suffering. When you show up as an emotional adult, you will no longer blame others for the way you are feeling.
